When I finished my Pre-University course, I wanted to be an engineer, without actually knowing what I was getting myself into. Many may term this as ignorance, but I can now see that it was just risky more than anything else. Ever since I read a book about Einstein called “Dead Famous: Albert Einstein and his inflatable universe” (It’s a great and hilarious book by Dr. Mike Goldsmith), I always wanted myself to be linked with science. I had no clue what engineering meant. Yet, I chose to do engineering as that was what everybody wanted to do at the time.
Being a politician must be hard.
I mean, writing a policy, plugging the holes in it, keeping the finances in check, standing up for it in the parliament, amid people who do not want to hear jackshit, willing to dismiss it at the drop of a hat, must not be cake walk.
Must be very frustrating indeed.
